Chris started his career in London with RKH Specialty (now Howden Specialty) where he served as a founding member of the Cargo and Stock Throughput team. Prior to founding Foray, he also led the reinsurance team in Miami focused on Latin American risk placement. Chris brings a wealth of experience and passion to the company’s growth and development. As the CEO of Foray, he focuses on forging strong partnerships and guiding clients through all lines of P&C in this dynamic landscape. When he’s not charting the course for Foray’s success, he spends his weekends with his loving wife Amber and his daughter Aria who are the heart of his motivation and drive. He also enjoys traveling, fishing, and boating.

David brings a wealth of experience from his career at Cox Enterprises where he served as an executive and was in various financial and sales positions globally in the U.S. for 14 years. He started his career at EY in their Advisory and Assurance practice which provided a foundation in financial analysis, auditing, and advisory services. Notably, David’s commitment to service extends beyond the corporate world. He served in the United States Marine Corps (USMC) with various deployments all over the world which instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and teamwork. On the weekends you can typically find him at a concert or sporting event or cuddling with his two pugs.

Alexandra brings over seven years of experience in the wholesale insurance sector, specializing in complex casualty placements across manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, construction, and environmental sectors. She has recently joined Foray Specialty as Vice President, Producer, where she will focus on bringing new clients on board and addressing their unique insurance needs through detailed coverage analysis and strong trading relationships.

Holding a degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Alexandra’s academic background and international exposure—gained through a semester-long journey across 14 countries—have provided her with a unique perspective and enhanced her skills in relationship management and risk assessment.

She is based in Foray Specialty’s Houston office where she is dedicated to expanding her professional network and driving success the Houston Team. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys sports and playing tennis.

Alicia is ambitious, analytical, and creative. She prides herself in her entrepreneurial spirit. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University and her hobbies include weightlifting and designing clothes.

Austin is loyal, fun, and diligent. He’s from Atlanta, Georgia and has worked at Foray since 2022. He spends his weekends with friends and family and his hobbies include bartending and cars.

With over 9 years of experience in the insurance industry, Danielle Rohr has established herself as a specialist in all things “Wheels”. Danielle started her career on the retail side of the insurance world, in her hometown of Las Vegas, NV, writing party buses, limos, tow trucks, taxis and non-emergency medical risks. She joined Foray Specialty in 2022 to help build a transportation team and advanced to having her own book of business which now includes specializing in Cargo and Stock Throughput. Danielle is the founding member/director of the Las Vegas chapter of the Young Risk Professionals, which she started in 2024. She commitment to her clients is unmatched, focusing on having a boutique approach to wholesale brokerage.

Jake is Inquisitive, articulate, and dedicated. Jake’s has extensive experience with heavy casualty and transportation placements. Throughout his entire career he’s developed relationships and knowledge in the transportation industry; focusing on trucking, business auto, excess auto, physical damage, cargo, and stock throughput. Jake has vast experience in construction, products coverage, cannabis risk, and real estate. He loves to spend his weekends outdoors either fly fishing or skiing and spending time with his Labrador named Hank.

George O’Dowd is an experienced insurance professional with five years of expertise spanning both the broker and underwriting sides, specializing in environmental risks at AIG. A graduate of the University of Houston Downtown with a degree in Insurance and Risk Management, George brings a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Outside of work, George enjoys bowling, hiking, and traveling.

Jayne has 7 years of insurance experience building a variety of programs for MGAs and Brokerage firms from the ground up, on a nationwide basis. She recently joined the Foray team and is thrilled to provide transportation, casualty and complex risk placement expertise to her clients. She is a graduate of Troy University and lives in Birmingham, AL. She is a recent newly wed to her husband Brad and they have two fur babies’ names Rylee and Jax. Jayne is a natural sales leader; she is very passionate about living a healthy and is a fitness instructor as well.

With over a decade in the insurance industry, Logan brings a wealth of experience to Foray Specialty. He began his career at Hartford Steam Boiler, managing assumed reinsurance portfolios for nine years. He then became a minority shareholder in Supercede, a reinsurance technology start-up, where he spent two years driving innovation as Director of Business Development for North America. Immediately prior to joining Foray, he worked as an Inside Casualty Broker at US Risk, helping to manage a revenue leading book of business across a variety of Specialty Casualty & Property E&S lines.

Outside of work, he enjoys life with his girlfriend and three dogs, including his beloved 135lb Great Dane named Delilah. He loves international travel, fine dining, playing golf, and is a die-hard fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Houston Astros.

Julie worked in the coastal property insurance field for over 4 years prior to joining Foray. Outside of work, Julie spends her weekends at her kids baseball games and exploring Georigia with her husband Manny and her two boys, Carlos and Derek.

John worked as an AmTrust as a regional sales manager for 15 years prior to joining Foray. His interests include golf, fishing, and basketball. On weekends he loves spending time with his wife Amber and his two blessed children, Brooks and Reese. His focuses include cargo and stock throughput, transportation, marine, and inland marine.

Rossino to our Houston office as an Account Executive at Foray Specialty. With 12 years of claims experience, Katie brings a wealth of knowledge, a passion for excellence, and transformative leadership to her new role. As a former Director of Claims, she played a key role in driving growth, delivering exceptional client service, and fostering strong relationships with industry leaders. Katie is also an active member of the Houston Claims Association, serving on its Board of Directors. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling the world with her wife and raising two future girl bosses. Katie earned her bachelor’s degree in Risk Management and insurance from the University of Houston—Downtown.

Michael Gonzalez joined Foray Specialty in 2024 as a Vice President concentrating on a number of product lines including a strong focus on Environmental related placements. Prior to Foray Specialty Michael joined U.S. Risk as a Senior Broker and Underwriter in 2020, quickly being promoted to National Environmental Practice Leader. Prior to joining U.S. Risk, Michael spent 8 years in various roles with AlG, the majority of which was spent helping start the Houston combined casualty office and growing it to be the largest book of environmental business in the US. Michael specializes in environmental, energy, construction and professional related exposures as well as tough and distressed products and hospitality.

With over 25 years of sales experience and 12 years in the Insurance industry, Pat excels in providing top-tier service. He specializes in P&C business, focusing on Construction, Transportation, Energy, and Manufacturing. Pat believes in strong partnerships and teamwork. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, fishing, golfing, and refurbishing boats, and his greatest joy is being a father to his three daughters. He holds a Communications and Public Relations degree from UTSA.

Stephanie Gil began her insurance career at Epic Insurance in 2018 collaborating with multiple producers in the transportation insurance space while offering proactive client service directly to insureds. Stephanie also brings extensive knowledge of the towing industry learning the ins and outs from working within her family’s towing business. She joined the Foray team in 2023 as an account manager and now supports the Las Vegas office building distinguished relationships with retailers to provide prime options for multiple lines of business. Stephanie also serves on the Young Risk Professionals of Las Vegas board as their director of finance.
